Reflection

I have never been a fan of digital writing, I have always preferred traditional writing with a pen and paper. However, throughout the course of this semester I found that I am not bad at it and I can do it if I try to focus. I have always felt that my writing is better when I use a pen and paper because I have always felt more comfortable writing that way. Also, I think it could be partly because I get distracted so easily and when I use the computer there are so many other websites that distract me.

I have learned a lot about incorporating blogs and other types of digital writing. Some of the benefits are that it gives students a platform to share their ideas in a comfortable environment. It also allows students to see every draft of their work so they can see their improvement. However, it could be difficult to incorporate because not all students will have equal access to technology. However, if I make sure that students have resources available to them, at least during school hours, and structure activities properly it could work very well and allow me to give personalized feedback to each student.
